Refund Policy for Appointment Bookings

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while ensuring smooth operations at our clinic.

1. Cancellation by Patient

• More than 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
• Within 24 hours of the appointment: No refund of appointment booking amount.
• No-show without prior notice: No refund will be provided.

2. Rescheduling an Appointment

There will be no rescheduling of appointments. Patient will have to cancel the previous appointment and book a fresh appointment.

3. Cancellation by the Clinic

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be offered the option to reschedule at your convenience.
• Alternatively, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
• The actual time taken to reflect the amount in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
