Ownership: This website is owned and operated by Kshetrapal Eye Hospital And Lasik Laser Centre.
Scope: We offer online appointment scheduling for medical consultations and related healthcare services.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or suspend accounts in case of inappropriate behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of our policies.
2. Appointments and Payments
Booking Confirmation: Appointments will be confirmed upon successful payment (if applicable).
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund only 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. No refund or adjustment will be made if canceled within 48 hours.
3. Medical Consultations
Doctor Availability: Appointments are subject to doctor availability. If canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative appointment options or a full refund.
Liability: Hospital liability is limited to a refund of the appointment fee.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Patients must provide accurate and complete details during booking and consultation.
Account Security: If an account is created, patients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality.
Compliance with Medical Advice: Patients must follow medical advice and seek emergency care if symptoms worsen.
5. Prohibited Activities
Using our platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Misrepresenting medical conditions or providing false information.
Interfering with website functionality or security.
Violating any intellectual property rights related to the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Medical Risks: Kshetrapal Eye Hospital is not liable for adverse health outcomes resulting from consultations.
Service Disruptions: We are not responsible for technical issues, server outages, or disruptions caused by third-party services.
